1. Are the items sold authentic vintage pieces?


Yes, all items in our store are authentic vintage or antique pieces. We source our products from trusted suppliers and individual collectors to ensure each item's authenticity and history. We define vintage as any item that is less than 100 years old, or 1920s and up. Anything 100 years old or older is considered antique, or 1920s orolder.

2. How do you ensure the quality of the items?

Each item is carefully inspected for authenticity, quality, and condition. If there are any blemishes or flaws, the product description will clearly indicate those flaws. Remember, these products are never brand new and will have some wear and tear. However, we try very hard to ensure that the products we sell are in the best condition.

3. You have three “Quality” classifications. How do you definethem?

Good: Shows more than normal wear and tear.

Very Good: Has some wear and tear, maybe the piece is faded or crackling in porcelain.

Excellent: No signs of wear, chips or cracks.

4. Can I request a specific item or style?


Yes, if you are looking for a specific item or style, please contact us at shop@hinsonvintageinteriors.com.

5. How do I care for vintage or antique items?

Very carefully! We are accustomed to the easy way to clean, i.e., dishwashers and today’s detergent which didn’t exist back in the day. Check out our blog article on Vintage Home Decor Cleaning Tips for more information.

6. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we periodically offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our

Shop Policies

1. Can I return an item?

Vintage items are ‘one of a kind.’ We don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold ‘as is.’

2. Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or the courier's website.
