Vintage Fürstenberg Porcelain Fleur-de-Lis Lidded Box with Portrait Medallion, Germany

A refined vintage porcelain lidded box from Fürstenberg, one of Germany’s historic porcelain manufacturers.

The cylindrical white porcelain form features scattered cobalt blue fleur-de-lis motifs with rich gold bands along the edges. The lid is finished with a raised white porcelain portrait medallion depicting Friederike Sophie Wilhelmine of Prussia, framed by a detailed gold border.

Remove the lid to reveal a simple white porcelain interior. The restrained blue, white, and gold palette gives the piece a tailored European look while the portrait medallion adds an unexpected historical detail.
