Vintage Syracuse China Romance Green Cream Soup Bowls — Set of 3

A gorgeous set of three vintage Syracuse China cream soup bowls in the beloved Romance Green pattern — elegant, collectible, and honestly much prettier than soup has any right to expect.

Each bowl features the pattern’s distinctive Old Ivory body, soft green border, romantic floral center, ornate gold scrollwork, and delicate gold trim. The double-handled shape gives these bowls that classic mid-century formal tableware feel, but they’re just as lovely styled on open shelving, in a hutch, or used for a special dinner when the table deserves a little drama.

The Romance Green pattern by Syracuse China was produced from 1949 to 1966 and is listed as part of the company’s Old Ivory line with green insets and flowers. Syracuse China itself traces back to the Onondaga Pottery Company, founded in New York in 1871, and became known for durable, American-made china used in homes, hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
